They don't care about their employees.

Its just a low paying job.

Middle management is over worked with unrealistic expectstions and timelines. Leaders and employees are not able to make simple decisions. Some upper leadership retaliate against those with different opinions. Benefits are good, but dont expect consistent salary increases consistent with inflation.
