They talk about culture, but i cant explain it. Most people work hard.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get paid to do a job. The check keeps coming, i keep showing up. There is no loyalty from the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company isnt growing. They wont take risks. Yelp reviews from customers are bad across the service area because of company policies. Its hard to do business with the company.
