There’s no family feel it’s a negative work environment, there’s always something you’ve done wrong never something you’ve done right

Communication needs improvement and they need to teach the new guys with hands on and not by them watching you do everything

I used to be excited when I started 5 yrs ago because it was a family environment even though I was putting in 18 hours a day, but now it seems like everyone is out to make each other look bad so they can move up
