Fees, fees, and fees... Customer since 2017. The cost of the monthly fees since 2020 has been at a all high. Literally, every month the fees cost more than the cost of my monthly kwh usage. This is beyond crazy. I will be switching energy companies for sure.

Everything they do from customer service to retiree benefits
Do what you say, if you web page said that you call people before you shut off gas for late payment. Then do it, I know for a fact you don't. When one of your representatives tells a customer that they with call you before coming to your house make sure it is done. In my case it was not.
