What is the best part about your compensation package?
Previous benefits were much better than current, which I believe now falls within the majority of companies
Medical insurance was pretty good
Matching stock, health benefits and EAP
6% match in the 401k and pension
It was good but now retired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation and benefits have fallen behind similar companies, so not competitive.
I was a contractor and paid a pittance, $20/hour for valuable digital records upkeep
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team felt like a family and was truly professional and supportive and fun to work with

Coworkers are experts in their fields. They know how to get the job done. Other companies want to hire them away.

A couple of my coworkers are unprofessional.

My direct team was very fun and created social time, we enjoyed each other

Aside from one rouge employee that did not like contractors for some reason everyone else that worked at my location was nice and accommodating to my contractor co-workers and myself. I am not sure why this rogue persons attitude was allowed to fester.
They let me run it my way
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership needs to be changed out.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I've not heard good things about the interview/hiring process and the best candidates were lost due to the amount of time taken in the process
