Medical insurance was pretty good
It was good but now retired

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation and benefits have fallen behind similar companies, so not competitive.
I was a contractor and paid a pittance, $20/hour for valuable digital records upkeep

Good people. Justvwantbto do a good job and get along with others

Like a family, helpful and hardworking
Coworkers are experts in their fields. They know how to get the job done. Other companies want to hire them away.
the people I worked with are great, my supervisor great, the manager above the supervisor was a phony though, pretended to care about the contractors when it was clear it was just an act.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A couple of my coworkers are unprofessional.

Aside from one rouge employee that did not like contractors for some reason everyone else that worked at my location was nice and accommodating to my contractor co-workers and myself. I am not sure why this rogue persons attitude was allowed to fester.
Positive, safe enviornment that helps us to stay motivated
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership needs to be changed out.
