
My coworkers are the best part of my job.
Everyone is accessible and open to ideas from all levels of the org; it always feels like we're all in this together (everyone rolls up their sleeves and pitches in).
I could see the impact I'd have at the company and could easily imagine the direction my career would grow at Orion (it was exactly what I was looking for).
We're results oriented, so meetings end with going over action items, specifics on what each task completion looks like (e.g. google drive shared with group), who owns what, when it's due. We enjoy checklists with accountability and we are constantly looking to eliminate inefficiencies.
People are generous with information and nobody is afraid to try; we foster innovation which requires that sometimes we get to learn from mistakes and celebrate the learning (trial and error is valued). Nobody takes themselves too seriously and everyone is willing to help others.
