What's the interview process like at PPD?
You interview with a recruiter and then you have a face to face and/or call for the remainder of the process. You are called shortly after if you have been selected.
What do people at PPD think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He's great! New business is done well but there are not enough employees for the quantity of work and they pay far less than other CROs and Pharma's for the same positions

They select from time and qualifications
How's the vacation policy at PPD?
Great! Although, there is so much work to do you feel guilty for taking a vacation and if you ever take a vacation, you will never be able to catch back up on your work.
