What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are either helpful or unhelpful. Their is no inbetween.

Respect for Staff not at Corporate level.
More planning in transitioning phases.

The best part of my compensation is the compensation itself - and the extra payments paid to us throughout the year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No respect for the ones doing the work. Too many meetings about nothing of value.
There are no sick days and the pay is criminally low. The 401k match is nice, but not at the expense of working paycheck to paycheck at an academically demanding workplace with no sick leave.
Higer salary and better benefits
To be treated like a human and to be paid fairly
Stock options would be nice and reduced work load
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard together and really pay attention to how we can help one another. It is not a competition at all and everyone is willing to slow down and help anyone else.
My team is very close and we help each other
Colleagues are very highly skilled and competent while also incredibly generous with their time and patience.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again just coworkers. Theyre the only ones that make it somewhat bearable.
The environment is very friendly and positive
The culture is one of transparency, autonomy, and diversity. Diversity in people and ideas is celebrated.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better compensation. Better opportunities for growth. Better communication from operational management team.

The friends ive made. I would love to say the work I am doing to help others but I dont know if I feel like I am doing that anymore.
