He's great! New business is done well but there are not enough employees for the quantity of work and they pay far less than other CROs and Pharma's for the same positions

How's the vacation policy at PPD?
Great! Although, there is so much work to do you feel guilty for taking a vacation and if you ever take a vacation, you will never be able to catch back up on your work.
