What do you like best about the leadership team? They are either helpful or unhelpful. Their is no inbetween.
What did you like most about the interview process? The interview was quick, but receiving information back about the job was months long.
What makes you most happy at work? The friends ive made. I would love to say the work I am doing to help others but I dont know if I feel like I am doing that anymore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No respect for the ones doing the work. Too many meetings about nothing of value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There are no sick days and the pay is criminally low. The 401k match is nice, but not at the expense of working paycheck to paycheck at an academically demanding workplace with no sick leave.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Respect for Staff not at Corporate level.
