How employees describe working at Medpace
Overall a great experience. I feel that they pay well for my area of expertise, but cannot speak to across the board. Decent benefits and great on site amenities such as 2 full size gyms and extensive break rooms and cafeterias.

Management does not care about safety of subjects in their clinical trials.
Create a a constructive atmosphere not one where your worried about being fired daily.
