Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No respect for the ones doing the work. Too many meetings about nothing of value.

There are no sick days and the pay is criminally low. The 401k match is nice, but not at the expense of working paycheck to paycheck at an academically demanding workplace with no sick leave.

Higer salary and better benefits

To be treated like a human and to be paid fairly

Stock options would be nice and reduced work load
