it's a decent company for non-engineers since you're given the opportunity to advance into a variety of roles depending on your department. i feel like we're probably understaffed in many departments though and that affects our efficiency.

Ever since COVID, there's not much to say about the culture and environment since we don't get to interact socially with all of our coworkers on a daily basis. But pre-COVID, we had a nice office filled with great people who were a joy to interact with.
