Overall people culture is the best around. There are groups, initiatives, etc. for just about anything you can imagine. Positive family that builds each other up.

It seems like our culture genuinely wants employees to succeed and have a positive experience while creating innovative products.

How willing everyone is to work toward a common goal, with no politics to get in the way. Blame is never really assigned when things go wrong, and instead the focus is on fixing the underlying problem.

The company promotes from within to leadership roles. The company ignores politics and fairly evaluates performance when deciding on promotions. The company is focused on long term product wins instead of short term hype waves, and spends its money wisely to avoid unnecessary dilution.

Ever since COVID, there's not much to say about the culture and environment since we don't get to interact socially with all of our coworkers on a daily basis. But pre-COVID, we had a nice office filled with great people who were a joy to interact with.

Professionalism and general caution to make sure the customers aren't inconvenienced means that it's okay to take time to do things well.

The engineers enjoy being engineers. We are encouraged to explore ideas. The engineering team is viewed as a driver of growth rather than a cost center. Catered lunches and numerous social events during work hours make for a friendly, professional culture.
