Clear expectations, and plenty of time with each interviewer. Things were not rushed and I felt like I was genuinely valued.

I had issues when I interviewed and had to reschedule. The managers were understanding and moved to a later date because of technology issues. I thought there was no chance I got the job but they assured me it was not a problem. I am grateful that they gave me a second chance.

The engineering interview process was challenging, but realistic. There were no academic exercises and all coding exercises were free of trivia. I felt that I was being assessed on my real-world skills rather than my ability to cram an algorithms textbook.

It was surprisingly well done for a small company. Each interview had a specific area of focus, and the questions were obviously well thought out, and were given to all applicants in the same way.
