I love the honesty, integrity, and transparency of each leader to not gloss over details, but be honest and truthful, yet objective, in everything.

Our executive team are transparent and keep all the employees in the loop on what is going on in the industry and ways as a company we can improve and grow. They have great attitudes and want the best for their employees.

Direct compensation is fair, clear cut, and has a transparent growth plan. There are several extra perks outside core benefits (health, wealth, personal, etc.), including direct access to a full gym and incentive to use it regularly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are significantly under market value when compared to other companies at our stage of funding / size.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers who are honest and transparent. You don't have to walk around on egg shells around your team- everyone genuinely wants to help each other grow and build

My team has been welcoming and supportive from day one. We look to help each other anyway we can, and often collaborate on ways to become more efficient in our day to day work. They also are great outside of work and feel authentic and genuine when we communicate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Integrity. People genuinely want to help each other, and genuinely want to build each other up. No one is out to tear each other down or pull people down.

Communication from top to bottom is very good. Everyone can meet with other teams to get to know them, which is not something that happens at every company.

Overall people culture is the best around. There are groups, initiatives, etc. for just about anything you can imagine. Positive family that builds each other up.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Clear expectations, and plenty of time with each interviewer. Things were not rushed and I felt like I was genuinely valued.

I had issues when I interviewed and had to reschedule. The managers were understanding and moved to a later date because of technology issues. I thought there was no chance I got the job but they assured me it was not a problem. I am grateful that they gave me a second chance.
it was efficient and informative
I liked though they were not in-person, we did use Google Meet so you can see who you are speaking with. Everything about the job was explained up front by the recruiter.

I'd like to see better pay and a higher focus on retaining the great talent that we have.
