What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company keeps a good eye on market compensation and pays competitively.

ok base salary, ok equity.

My base salary and sign on bonus was great. The unlimited PTO is also great. However, no 401k matching is not great and I'm not crazy about the fact that there are no quarterly or annual bonuses offered.
