Being leaders. I understand trying new ideas but constantly micromanaging workers is why nobody wants to work for bigger companies any more.
The guys who aren't apart of management at my location keep each other going. Constantly pushing, and motivating one another to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Everyone I work with goes to work HARD! Jobs get done quickly, and efficiently. Aside from management trying to micromanage, we manage to get the jobs done fairly quick.
