My management team has been very loyal to me. It doesn't matter what my problem is they are always anxious to help me out. Also very quick to send accolades for a job well done.

Appreciate the drivers who have been there for years

Communication, having team meetings and going over the good and the bad. Management has completely failed on the work from home experience, the employees and leads did a way better job.

Fire them all and hire qualified people and not friends and friends of friends.

Be more involved with daily operations on each shift. Don't overlook a hardworking employee for advancement or praise because they're a woman!

Ryder needs to hire more team members. Employees are doing more than 3 jobs per 1 person. Overworking their employees to much. No time for life and underpaid. Sometimes makes you feel like you want to quit the job,but Ryder has poor management and no time for growing opportunities.

Leadership is short sighted and focused on quarter to quarter rather than long term. They don't have long term vision and operating inefficiencies are way high.
