Have people who know their positions conduct the interviews.

Hire people with experience instead of the manager's buddies.
After applying for a New position in the company. Its good to contact the person that applied for the job. A call or Email. Not just call once. Never hear back from the recruiter if i got the new position or not. They just end up ghosting you which is really rude. Giving the hopes up for this compan
