It's all men and they're filthy. No care is taken. Very brute force. Low intelligence

They take the vacation right after they train, an call in so the day off employee has to cover the route for no compensation at all

Less mandate less stress time off would make you feel better about coming in

Demand better work conditions. Stop putting up management harassment.
