Cut hours all the time, no pay. Not enough coverage to have a decent working environment. Higher ups have no idea what their employees are doing or supposed to be doing. Lack of communication. Usually having to work 2 or more departments for a non livable pay wage.

Having enough people working to cover shifts would be a great start. Paying more since most days you have to work 2 or more jobs for the price of "1".

Breakdown of communication. District manager doesn't listen to store managers, and store managers don't listen to department managers. Also you are a 2.1 billion dollar company. You can spare some hours to give your employees to work. It's disgusting how little help you give us. CORPORATE GREED!
