Price, huge sticker shock with the change to the packages. We have to cut our users in half and still pay more, with a discount. No notice, so this increase is not in our budget and our service was cut off without contact instead of the normal auto renewal invoice. Now investigating alternatives.
SmartProcure is the best company I've ever worked for - it's the strongest engineering team I've ever seen.

Overall; the interview was very easy and the process was fast. I was hired the day after my interview and I started the following Monday.
