Many former coworkers who became managers completely changed in personality and desired leadership style. Resulting in cold, unsupportive, adversarial & absent managemen.

Providence needs a complete reversal in their business model. Should strive to make Providence best place to work best place to receive care. Not best place to be unnecessary administrator finding ways to cut costs and give themselves a raise and bonus!
