A team that eases human suffering and saves lives in the ER. Most everyone helps everyone else whenever possible.

People care and are polite and respectful.
People are relaxed, which is great for a hospital as you don't feel like everything is life or death. Which in turn allows for much smoother patient care.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay contracts as stated and agreed upon. Doctors that seek anger management counseling.
Pay their contract workers what was agreed upon.
UNDERSTAND THAT MONEY ISN'T THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS WHEN RUNNING A HOSPITAL
Less fluffy corporate slogans, get rid of the union, and just treat employees like humans
More respect, better listening, making the desired changes actually happen
more supportive managers, adequate ancillary staff
Better communication and managers should be more like coaches, supporting, leading, teaching and driving with positive energy.Specialty Supplies and tools need to be inventoried, ordered and managed by support staff, not nurses caring for pts! Short staffing is too much the norm.
