therapy weekly for $9.38. Decent healthcare.
Vacation time. Healthcare PPO. Too little CE support.
WE are paid well, although slightly less then Kaiser and less then private clinics
Just really satisfied. I have no complain.
If they paid me what was agreed upon.
If they pais me what was originally in my contract.
I FEEL LIKE THEY PAY AT THE MINIMUM THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH
Need to ise PTO hours for holidays
Covid is a nightmare in the ER. Need hazard pay and then some. Many ER and ICU nurses are being paid over $100/hour compared to $35/hour
actual management instead of 6 different micro-managers
Staffing wages that are livable in area I work & live. Staffing ratios in all areas that allows us to safely, compassionately deliver care. Good pay, benefits for front line staff & managers. Commitment, appreciation -best place to work goals will bring employees and not drive them away.
Provide better staffing, pay that is on par with other cities with a similar cost of living, better medical care with less out of pocket. Bring back pension plans or emergency childcare would be a plus.
I don't feel recognized for how hard I work. Ex: an attempt was made to 'celebrate' with funds that could have been used as bonus, but instead were spent on a religious celebration I couldn't take part in. That feels selfish, or at best, not well thought out by management. ASK US what we need please
If Providence agreed to a wage scale for social workers.
