I would feel much better if we were at least paid enough to fit the middle class requirements of yearly incomes. It would be additional if drivers were paid according to the industry standard.

Direct management in my department is responsive and cooperative. The only downside is the lack of cooperation from senior management to resolve matters that mean a lot to front line employees, however may seem insignificant to executive employees.
