Treat staff better support development, encourage hiring and pay us properly for the overtime that we have no choice in doing as there wouldnt be anyone else there to work.

Undervalued by the new exec team who do not care about the staff rather that you work and they reap rewards. I just want to be paid for all the extra hours I do.

I lead the team, and so I am always looking for passionate and dedicated people. However the industry is not one that invests in staff- no one see's a career in hospitality because there is no money or encouragement

Supporting staff, not seeing you as just hired help. Being left to take care of all the sickness, managing leave and not being able to take my own leave is wrong. Worst of all, you don't get paid overtime because you're contracted to take care of the staff. They are mistreating their staff.
