As a experienced service member i feel most the hours are not evened out

If my tips didn't equal minimum wage the company should make up the difference

I work for minimum wage for servers, and knowing this, my tips depend on the food coming out in a timely manner, and correctly. There is no one regulating this or holding the kitchen accountable for terrible ticket times, or improper food prep. I am unable to provide positive customer experiences

Misery loves company, and there is no stronger bond than people with a common enemy. We rally when there are issues and help each other when management and the kitchen staff fail.
