Worst run company I have ever worked for. Not sure how they manage to stay open.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Consistency, integrity, motivation, team building, employee support and appreciation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Retraining, accountability, responsibility given to those that earn it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Teamwork, goals, accountability, tolerance, training needs to be more intensive, higher standards for employees and management

What are some of the best things about your team?

Misery loves company, and there is no stronger bond than people with a common enemy. We rally when there are issues and help each other when management and the kitchen staff fail.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work for minimum wage for servers, and knowing this, my tips depend on the food coming out in a timely manner, and correctly. There is no one regulating this or holding the kitchen accountable for terrible ticket times, or improper food prep. I am unable to provide positive customer experiences
