I haven't had an interview in many years so I can't say or rate the interview process
Caring for my patients and getting them through their rough times, and encouraging them, while working with my close team members.
The executives are too satisfied with loosing the entire senior staff members for travelers and new employees, and pay them more money than retaining the loyal staff who have stuck by them throughout the years and the pandemic.
Working to improve the morale and satisfaction of the employees. Get the staff that is needed to care for the patients and pay the employees properly instead of paying the executives huge bonuses. UCHealth is too top heavy.
For the most part we work together as a team and support each other through the hard times and help each other deal with the incredible stress of dealing with the lack of staff and support from above, while dealing with the ever increasing work loads, patients, and visitors/families.
The UCHealth system is very toxic, and there is a huge disconnect between the executives and the staff. It is very "friend" oriented with no way to move up or around because if you are not a friend of the directors, and managers then you are stuck where you are where they only promote each other.
