Unfortunately the positive people whom I enjoyed working with are no longer employees at this company.
Feeling undervalued is an understatement. Better compensation by offering better benefits and not making people work as mules.
From the top down, incompetence. An outside source needs to do a deep dive audit into the practices into this company. And clean house!!!
People are two faced, smiling at you and putting knives in your back to your manager. Most are strategic to know how to do as less as possible. Making themselves not seen.
Surprisingly good, what I didn't know at the time was the person that was doing most of the talking wasn't qualified to even be in the room. A HR assistant without any form training no degree, but was allowed to be in the interview.
The GM came from marketing, so she's not a nurse. She has no empathy for whom she serves. It's all about the bottom line. Which is a disgrace to the patients. The DME company is the worst, the more we inform managers where told to write a complaint on their website. Nothing is being done.
