Friendly and supportive, doctors educate us and trust us
they ask you to have a Can-do attitude on the front lines and work unpaid overtime hours but they rarely if ever show a can-do attitude themselves. they just pontificate from on high
Most positive: I have the best patients and family members along with great field supportive staff to serve/work with.

Replace "all of mangement with ones that know what they are doing.
Management needs to care about their employees that's keeping them on top. pay better for the long hours' work, Take better care of the environment, please Stop with all the big plastic bags with few items, nurses writing notes with pen and paper. Medical records pen and paper still today.

Value the employees and their opinions. Concentrate on patient care and staff morale rather than census numbers and admissions goals or quotas. The fact that admissions goals take priority is sickening and everyone who pushes admissions like used car sales should be ashamed of themselves.

Management who outwardly show appreciation to all of their employees. A blunt, negative and this is how it is approach makes for a depressing work environment.
Again, focus on employees here not in another state
The company needs to show that they can take better care of their employers. The company is 2 faced and full of hypocrisy.
