Our leadership is supportive and available to staff.
They motivate the team keeping spirits high
Little interaction with them making it hard to justify a response.
We work together and there is great communication.
Communication is great and efficient.
Everyone responds on time and work as a whole team
My direct supervisor is the best. He is the only person who will speak up for my coworkers and let us know what's going on. Everyone else, the most fake people I have met.
Nice people but unrealistic deadlines and do not seem to focus on making expectations realistic to allow subdominants time to work.
We have a new mgmt person that listens and responds
They are ok, lets see what 2022 looks for us
They are okay is my only words
Managers are from healthcare field

Everything about this company is terrible
Better communication and better staffing
Review from Operations Dept
Communication , appreciation, organization, fairness
leadership needs to get some education and value those who have it and stop sitting on their behinds behind their desks and learn to support the teams actually doing the work
Stop admitting patients just to meet monthly goals. Concentrate on quality patient care. Ensure you have adequate staff who are trained before you worry about increasing the census numbers. Hospice should be about patients before profit!
Stop focusing on admissions and numbers. Admit patients who meet hospice criteria instead of inappropriate patients. Hire and train adequate field staff to care for the patients before you admit.
Supporting their staff/program & fight to hire employees. The front line staff are continuously ran into the ground with more tasks piled ontop d/t a revolving door of staff leaving. The revolving door does not consist of hiring; those who are left behind are given the added work. Zero follow thru.
The leadership team needs to get better at being honest, just, fair, and supportive. It would help if they talked to people as professionals. All of the screaming and insults hurt.
Supporting the core busienss with actual talent and get out of the way. Endless busy work, reporte and trainings that do very little other than make it harder to get the job done.
Listening to the needs of staff
The GM came from marketing, so she's not a nurse. She has no empathy for whom she serves. It's all about the bottom line. Which is a disgrace to the patients. The DME company is the worst, the more we inform managers where told to write a complaint on their website. Nothing is being done.

They assign crazy amounts of busy work that benefits no one and expect you to jump through these hoops while still executing at an extremely high level while not staffing appropriately. This company is very top-heavy, not enough field staff to back up what they expect from a sales perspective
Being there for their employees. Not setting unrealistic expectations because it is working in another state
Taking better care of its employees
