VITAS Healthcare Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews are thorough and truly cover all of the aspects of the job.

It was thorough, they asked all of the questions that would help them determine if I was a good candidate, and it gave me perspective of the job, roles and responsibilities.

The began process was amazing- my interview make sure youre a right fit

very clear and fast process

Only having to interview one time

Only having one interview was nice

The two people I interviewed with listened, were honest, and knew lots about Vitas Healthcare.

I was feeling very confident because i always wamt to work with vitas, i didnt bring no resume nothing, but i make it clear im a good cadidate to choose.

Surprisingly good, what I didn't know at the time was the person that was doing most of the talking wasn't qualified to even be in the room. A HR assistant without any form training no degree, but was allowed to be in the interview.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was honest about pros and cons of role

They move at a snails pace to get people hired and consistently lose out on talent due to management ineptitude

I got the chance to meet my future Supervisor in the first interview.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The atmosphere and compensation. But then found out it was all a lie to get people to apply

I was told things that valued me.

Review from Operations Dept

Quick interview but manager gave me incorrect benefits info

Review from Customer Support Dept

very friendly and enjoyable to take to management

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It changed a lot from when i started but from what i have heard it is tedious and painful and managers are barely able to devote enough attention to new hire onboarding. Excessive ongoing requirements to tout a failing company culture

have set questions and be mire professional. Don't ask how much you want to get paid!
