The raises if any are not much to notice you have had a raise. The management appreciation is not for real and you can feel the phony thank yous for what you do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is awesome with some very wonderful Nurses and CNAs. There are a few I know will back me up and there are a few that I know will throw me under the bus.
