Most positive: I have the best patients and family members along with great field supportive staff to serve/work with.
Many of the members of my team work collaboratively to support patients, families, and one another. We encourage each other. We share laughter and tears.
The leadership team needs to get better at being honest, just, fair, and supportive. It would help if they talked to people as professionals. All of the screaming and insults hurt.
We need leaders who reflect the passion of those who provided direct care. Families have complained that our leaders can be dishonest, do not listen and fail to take reasonably for their actions.
I feel undervalued because I continue to be placed in work place bullying situations with the GM, TM, Business Manger and Regional HR Representative. It would be nice to get annual cost of living raises. But more important than the raise is being treated respectively and with fairness appreciatio.
