I haven't been here long, but I have had a blast so far. I knew during the interview process that Zappi was someplace special and joining the team has further confirmed my bias. I feel that I have found my people and I'm very much looking forward to all the new friends I'll make. Absolutely love it.

It all comes back to trust, transparency, and wanting to improve. LT and other internal teams pay attention to their people. They listen when there is a problem and welcome an open discussion about how things can change moving forward. The general feeling of the company is one of collaboration.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
The hardware budget is very generous. Zappi genuinely wants its people to be set up for success, so as long as your ask is within reason, it's granted. For me, I find that is another example of trust being practiced. Another significant win is the built-in access to mental health resources
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
There is a lot to learn and do, but the people around me make the mountain much less intimidating. I enjoy the kudos sessions to celebrate individual contributors and/or wins from a team. It feels good to be a part of something bigger, to feel welcomed, and like I can be myself.

One of the things I really enjoy about Zappi's leadership team is the high level of transparency and communication. Trust is one of the main pillars of the business and I respect that it's practiced - not just talked about. LT is also personable - they feel more like coworkers than untouchable suits

The team I directly work with is fantastic. Everyone wants the team to do well, so there is a foundation of teamwork and support. I've made some wonderful friends so far and there are still so many people to meet. Everyone I've met so far, even outside of my team, has been absolute gems.
