What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to Employee and Client feedbacks. Currently it's a 'money first' company, pushing for revenue only, but not selling quality products and not listening to Client feedback. The leadership team is not aligned with their goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need better pension and private healthcare. Having beer in the office and pool table, free snack is not in line how cost of living is rising.

we help each other, we can fight about certain topics and are still friends and drink a beer after work. We care about each other and are celebrating individual wins together. they are all incredible human beings and smart co-workers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need more people with market research background, developing products without understanding how the market/Clients operate is dangerous. Also people need to take responsibility when they make mistakes/don't deliver, but instead there is a blame on the Customer and Revenue teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture is fake, they try to show they do the right things on paper. There is an alcohol problem in the office. Lots of unnecessary money is spent on travel/hotel/expensive dinners etc. Some people are very arrogant, but not helpful at all when you need help, they just lecture you.
