This is the best place I've ever worked in my long and varied career. In addition to being successful here and challenged here, I just feel like I fit - quirks and all. There's virtually no politics here as we root it out as quickly as we can. It's hard work but it never feels like toil.

The team that reports to me are all strong performers, collaborate openly (even though they're paid as IC's) and are a lot of fun. The team I'm part of also works openly and genuinely celebrates each other's wins.

It reflects the competitive market we're in. It has a good-sized base and a solid variable plan. The variable is paid monthly, and so we're not waiting around for months or quarters. It's also 100% clear how our variable works.

The openness and true collaboration. We operate with explicit trust and courageous honesty. Those aren't just words - it's really how we work. We work hard and fast, but always with a sense of humor. There is respect for work-life balance with people encouraged to take time off.

Full transparency into what and how we're doing. I also appreciate their absolute commitment to a fair, open and inclusive culture. I feel very secure in the future of the company because the strategy and planning process have involved everyone, but with action planning so I know it will happen.
