Salary is competitive for location, and stock options are a bonus. Additional comp perks like medical insurance help out too.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zappi's market-based pay limits global mobility if you live in certain locations. Post-Covid there are a lot of higher comp opportunities around. Using Radford benchmarks differs from market rate for each person.

What are some of the best things about your team?
A diverse team that works well both remotely and in-person. It's a team that bring a lot of themselves to work which creates a much richer work experience and enables a very high trust environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
High trust culture that treats people like adults. As a result people work hard towards our vision and helping create immense value for our customers. It also helps us all live rich and rewarding lives outside of our daily work.

An advice-based decision making process that gives individuals the autonomy to act, fights bureaucracy, and lets you make the decisions that you should be making. Lets call it an aversion to needless structure and red-tape, but with a lot of thought and effort into making it work!
