Zappi is an amazing company. Such an incredible environment that would be a hard place to leave. The people are awesome. The rich high-trust culture is damn hard to beat. Career progression and hiring in over your head instead of empowering and growing real leaders would be the main downside.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zappi's market-based pay limits global mobility if you live in certain locations. Post-Covid there are a lot of higher comp opportunities around. Using Radford benchmarks differs from market rate for each person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A diverse team that works well both remotely and in-person. It's a team that bring a lot of themselves to work which creates a much richer work experience and enables a very high trust environment.
