Lots of new faces at the executive level, but some long time DaySmarters too - a good mix of institutional experience and new blood has kept us moving forward (and fast!)
The culture is pretty laid back given the pace of change within our product lines. Bi-weekly happy hours started recently and that's a good addition to the culture here, which recently included a company-wide shuffleboard championship, NCAA bracket contest and a shelter dog event coming up next week
