Culture is poor, but very dependent on where you work. The people you work with on a day to day basis are usually fine. The problems typically arise between the incredible difference in how people in the field and the Arlington Office are treated, paid, titled, etc.
Culture is pretty great. Probably the best part of the company. They have a pretty good ability to hire fun yet hard working people.
