What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have the best leadership team
What I like best about the Leadership Team is how they (majority) are truly about innovation, listening to new ideas, and integration. The goal is continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
I like hearing from CEO's and varies speakers in presentation about the global picture as well as the community we reside in. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet with the the leadership in the chain
They listen and take the time out of their busy schedule to help you with whatever questions or concerns
They are transparent and honest.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I recommend 360 reviews so we can get rid of some of the awful managers
Stop re-inventing the company every three years chasing what's fashionable. Stop buying cast-off generation facilities, sinking millions into them, and then selling them for a loss, laying off employees to fix your mistakes, telling the remaining workers that we need to make do with less.
Being visible as a leader, holding executives accountable, not micromanaging, not hiring "yes men"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits , retiree events.
It's affordable and less out of pocket
Actually compensation doesn't matter when satisfaction is high. I never thought about the best compensation. I know I get my salary on time and I get recognition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In general pay at the manager/director level is $20-40k below competitors.
Pay market rates. Create budget for the training you promised.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity of the team, the eagerness for ensuring we provide the best quality of product. The pride and respect, as well as the amazing support shown between one another.
Our team lead is very knowledgeable and understanding and cares about not just work life but personal life as well

Many silos, little to no cross functional discussion
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity is amazing! Truly varied in a way I have not seen before, and continues to improve. I appreciate that and the opportunities that exist.
People are generally nice and try to be receptive to feedback

You are not an asset, no development, no respect
What did you like most about the interview process?
When my boss hired me, I was supposed to go through two more interviews. I got through one more, and the third was having to wait weeks out. My boss determined they already knew they wanted to hire me, and there was no need for the final.
The simplistic process of hire
I met with one senior leader who hired me on the spot. This is not normal but I liked it.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed up the process through Hr. It shouldn't take 6+ months to get a requisition approved, after management has signed off on the need. Too much good talent moves on in frustration.
What makes you most happy at work?
The happiness of my team, the shared successes, the accountability, and support.

People are the most impressive part. Campus is very beautiful and well maintained

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not very customer oriented, we are an asset and finance organization
We need new management. The market has changed and what made us successful 10 years ago is no what we need now, but management is the same and they have no clue what to do
