like working in a chinese factory. Poor people living at their job with no quality of life
The service part is very very pathetic, you need to hire people who are efficient and possess deft knowledge in problem solving attributes rather than having dumb heads reading out FAQ bullshit.
HostGator used to provide good customer service, but it has fallen below anything acceptable lately. Escalated cases do not get responses in over 36 hours. Support staff are poorly trained.
