Hire some real customer service people that you can speak with as right now they are devoid of any human existence for technical assistance!!
incompetent desk people that pretend to be technicians, also billing system is pathetic to say the least
Custom service quality and technical support
SUPPORT - Support is a joke. The numerous representatives all assure me that they will help - but after hours on the phone and chat my problem is not fixed. Emailed: got a response saying they couldn't help. Issue is with Codeguard & I have to go thru HG to fix.
