SUPPORT - Support is a joke. The numerous representatives all assure me that they will help - but after hours on the phone and chat my problem is not fixed. Emailed: got a response saying they couldn't help. Issue is with Codeguard & I have to go thru HG to fix.
Pick one of a million tasks....they can't do anything right. For no reason, they shut down my email on 12/21/2023 and 3 weeks later still down. They own Enom and can't operate it! They have cost me thousands of dollars and downtime. Hideous company, should close!
