I had an issue for 3 months now and not a single email back after the issue was escalated - despite promises. What can this brand most improve?

Windows Server support, there is no support, takes days, weeks to receive ticket responses. Windows Server Admins are able to make server wide changes that affect websites performances and functionality without ever notifying its paying users.

What can this brand most improve?

HostGator would be a great company if they simply fired the dumb, dishonest support people, which seem to be very few, but it doesn't take much to destoy your reputation.

get me someone who can restore my website consiring I pay for this service I can't get past incompetent technical serevice
