I joined 5 months ago and the experience thus far is very positive and engaging
I dont have anything to share
work isn't complex, but physically exhausting. That should be compensated at a higher rate. Every year report is about millions in additional output. Yet, the workers see none of that benefit. On top of that bonuses are being cut and employee surveillance is being stepped up.

They try to accelerate cost to win at all cost and end up creating a mess.

You must be able to deal with very immature people. Even some management personnel mimic and roll their eyes behind their staff’s back. You must be able to deal with a lot of gossiping and back stabbing.
