Dont care about the employees
Delivery Drivers won't bring the items upstairs. I read the other reviews and it seems that Baxter has a huge problem with their delivery drivers because they allow them to do whatever they want with your supplies. The Managers are aware of this problem but continue to do nothing. Very Poor service.
Worst delivery service. If their drivers don't want to bring boxes upstairs then find another job. I didn't realize I had to stand outside and monitor the driver as he brought boxes inside inorder for him to do his job. Are lazy and unprofessional the types of employees Baxter hires?
The 1st delivery from Baxter was left on the sidewalk in front of the apartment building I live in. The next delivery left on a stairway blocking tenants from accessing their homes. FRESENIUS delivers inside my home (I'm disabled). Our Fresenius driver actually carried Baxter's boxes to me. SAD
